By placing an order with Chips in the Dough, you agree to the following terms:

All products are made to order and are final sale due to their perishable nature. Orders are processed based on the selected schedule, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details, including shipping information, are correct at the time of purchase.

Orders are shipped on Mondays. Orders must be placed by Saturday to be included in the upcoming shipment. Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the following week.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or for packages once they have been delivered. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.

In the event of an error on our end, we will review and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
